The Innovator lives for change, it energizes them. They believe that there is always something that needs improving, something that needs tinkering. Big or small, easy or complex, the innovator will try to find a better way to do things.
The Innovator does not believe, “if it ain’t broke, don’t fix it”. For some, the end goal matters - but for the innovator, the result is only half the point. The change process itself is the reward. The obsession with change can create discomfort amongst their teams.
